Returns and Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds:

If you have purchased goods that are damaged or faulty we will refund these for you.  Please ensure you have your receipt when returning the product to store.  For items sent via courier please include photos of the product, your order number and any other info you can provide regarding the product.

If you have purchased perishable or fragile products online that have arrived not chilled or broken we are not able to refund these in accordance with our shipping Policy.  Please note our couriers are not refrigerated so any perishables are sent at the purchasers own risk.  Fragile items are packed well but we take no responsibility for any damage to products once it leaves the store and is our for delivery with Courier Post.

Please note we don't offer refunds or exchanges simply because you may have changed your mind.  We are also happy to discuss options and come to the best possible outcome.
