Shipping Policy

Shipping:

We ship nationwide. Orders are usually fulfilled within 24hrs but this may increase depending on demand.  Any out of stock items will be refunded or you will be contacted to see if you'd like a replacement product instead. 

Orders received before 2pm will are generally processed the following day.  We ship Monday to Thursday only.  If an order is received after cut off on Thursday the order will be shipped the following Monday.  

All chilled and frozen goods are shipped at customers own risk.  Please make sure to add chilled packs to your order to ensure your products are kept chilled during transit.  Frozen items may thaw in transit.

Once an item is picked up for delivery it is no longer the liability of Robinson's.  All items are sent at owners own risk.  All items are packed carefully and labeled Fragile and sent via Courier Post on overnight Courier.  Any damaged or impaired items are not the responsibility of Robinson's once it leaves our store.

When an order is fulfilled you will be sent an email with a tracking number if being sent via courier.  If being delivered by Robinson's in-house delivery team (Auckland only) you will not receive a tracking number but will be given an eta of delivery.

 

Click and Collect:

If you've selected Click and Collect at Check Out you will be notified when your order is packed and ready to be picked up.

If you've selected Click and Collect by mistake and want to order delivered you will be sent instructions on how to make payment for the shipping difference of your order.
