Cock Brand Massaman Curry Paste
Directions (Serves 2-3):
1. Stir 50g of curry paste with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil (gentle heat, 1 min.)
2. Pour in 600 ml of coconut milk and keep stirring (medium heat, 1 min.)
3. Add 250g of your favourite meat and stir until done
4. Add 4 tbsp of palm sugar, 6 tbsp of tamarind paste, fish sauce or seasoning as preferred. Add cut onion, potatoes (cube-shaped) and roasted peanuts
5. Serve with steamed rice
Storage: Keep in a cool dry place.
